Yoga in English All Levels
In this Hatha Yoga course, you will learn basic postures, breath awareness, and relaxation. You will use breathing in different postures to develop strength, flexibility, concentration, and relaxation. The class begins with breath awareness and a warm up, and introduces a series of standing and floor postures. The class ends with cooling and calming postures and complete relaxation of body.
Register for this online course as you would normally. You will then be sent an access code with which you can join the course from the comfort of your own home via "ZOOM". You do not need your own ZOOM account. Prerequisites for participation in the online course are, for example, a computer, laptop or mobile phone. The device must have internet access, a camera and a microphone.
